Childrens Resort Etiquette Classes

Children ages 7-12 are cordially invited to expand their understanding of social, travel and dining etiquette with a fun and educational class from 2:30 – 5:30 p.m. Led by Kathleen Cover, Founder and President of The Etiquette School of Beverly Hills and Newport Beach, certified by the prestigious American School of Protocol, each three-hour course offers a positive, relaxed and approachable setting.

$175 per child per class; limited to 12 children per class; advance reservations required; classes subject to cancellation at any time.

Growing Hops for Beer Brewing with Rex Yarwood & Michael Sullivan

Growing hops at home is easy if you know the tricks of the trade. Join Nursery Manager, Rex Yarwood, and Operations Manager (as well as home brewer), Michael Sullivan, to learn about the production of hops, keys to backyard growing, drying and storing hops, and much more. With a couple of plants, you can grow all the hops your homebrew will need. They are also a pleasant herb addition to your backyard.

Wedding Etiquette Soiree

For brides, grooms and their parents, as well as anyone who wishes to polish their dining and social etiquette, this fun and interactive program features wedding etiquette traditions, favorable first impressions, gracious hosting, written correspondence, domestic and continental fine dining, and a special spa etiquette talk and tour. Enjoy Prosecco and hors d’oeuvres, followed by dinner and dessert, including tips for wedding cake cutting as a couple.

$195 per person per class; individuals welcome to attend; advance reservations required; classes subject to cancellation at any time.
